About Roles:
This role includes strategic planning, management, monitoring, and organization of the highest standards of learning programs.
Operational Requirements:
- You can create, maintain and learn in a supportive environment with high standards.
- A training package that includes presentations, participants ‘ books, exercise, written assessments, syllabus, lesson plans based on best practices and adult learning principles.
- We ensure that all learning programs and training packages are up-to-date, accurate and presentable in accordance with regulatory/legal requirements and SOP.
- Prospects and implement learning development programs, projects and workshops within QR.
- It facilitates/provides training in line with adult learning techniques and a learner-centric approach.
- Perform TNA (Training Analysis)&Evaluation for business also participate in strategic planning and development of training.
- Develop and maintain training manuals in line with Sop, regulatory and international requirements.
- It ensures that organizations are 100% compliant with regulatory, operational, and development learning programs to meet safety, security, and quality goals and help individuals perform tasks and improve performance.
- We conduct non-audit and survey measures to ensure the effectiveness and quality of both the learning programs and training packages and the instructors, and to ensure that they meet and maintain company and international standards.
- If necessary, we will take immediate corrective action.
- Continuously follow up on costs and expenses to your budget.
- Perform other departmental operations related to his / her position as directed by the departmental head

Required qualifications – Airport jobs in Qatar Doha HIA
- Min College or university qualifications related to Bachelor’s level
- Certified trainers, preferably from a reputable institute
- Valid IATA Dangerous Goods Regulation Category 6 Certificate
- IATA Professional Skills Certificate for Dangerous goods leaders is preferred
- IATA Rules of living animals, favorable
- IATA Perishable Cargo Regulations, Priority
- 7 years minimum relevant experience
- Experience in developing, delivering and managing cargo-related training programs
- Experience in dangerous goods and freight operations.
- Learning model(70: 20: 10)
- Project and performance management experience
- Familiar with cargo/warehouse operation system and preferred
- Any civil aviation certification is an advantage
