Responsible for overseeing and supporting the load management operations on the Emirates network. Ensures that all service providers comply with standards and procedures as defined in the Emirates Ground Operations Manual, Cargo Weight & Balance Manual and other industry regulation documents on all Emirates passenger and freighter flights.

Job Responsibilities for Emirates Skycargo jobs in Dubai for freshers
- Continuously monitor Emirates load control operations to ensure that all Emirates flights comply with the standards and procedures set out in the Emirates Ground Operations Manual, Cargo Aircraft Weight Balance Manual and other relevant industry documents and maintain operational excellence on a daily basis. Maintain daily operational excellence.
- Serve as the point of contact and subject matter expert on aircraft weight and balance.
- Provide effective support to all parties involved in the network including VP-Network Control, Flight Crew, Emirates SkyCargo and Maintenance Control Centre. Communicate and resolve complex inter-departmental issues to ensure that safety is not compromised at any time and support the company’s commitment to safety.
- Act as a liaison between Emirates SkyCargo, Ground Handling Agents and other internal and external parties on routine operational issues requiring Emirates intervention, supporting Emirates’ commitment to safe on-time performance.
- Proactively monitor and analyze Emirates pre-flight weight & balance activities across the network to ensure safe and timely completion of weight & balance tasks as defined in the Emirates Ground Operations Manual and/or Emirates Freight & Balance Manual Ensure that they are completed.
- Escalate and resolve potential situations to relevant personnel.
- Initiate and manage immediate recovery actions in the event of a loading or unloading related safety incident on the network in order to maintain safe flights.
- Conduct daily flight inspection checklists as part of regulatory compliance and highlight safety and efficiency incidents to relevant stakeholders and report through designated channels for thorough investigation.
- Get ready weight and equilibrium documentation for ship, specially appointed and contract flights worked by Emirates because of their intricacy and dynamic nature.
- Manage ongoing and effective communication with stakeholders and flight crew to handle pre-flight activities and ensure safe and optimal management of ad hoc or challenging operations.
- Maintain full awareness of performance-limiting flight situations and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive safe maximization of payload and safe on-top performance to support profit maximization and schedule integrity.
- Responsible for maintaining current knowledge of industry standards and procedures in the area of aircraft weight and balance.
- Actively seek new and innovative ways to enhance Emirates’ existing standards, procedures and operations for aircraft weight and balance.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 12 years of schooling or equivalent and 5 years of experience in airport operations.
- Load Control 3+ years of experience in weight balancing of wide body aircraft. Must have ground handling experience in the load control/aircraft loading field at an international airport.
