Purpose
Galfar company Oman vacancies for Fresher : The purpose of this position is to provide excellent customer service to clients by booking appointments via live chat and phone, responding to client complaints and issues, answering questions about products and services, and to ensure high quality and efficient bookings while maintaining excellent customer service.
Assigning Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients contacted via phone or chat to ensure 110% satisfaction.
- Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner and ensure that the complaint process is handled quickly and efficiently, resulting in 100% customer satisfaction.
- Within 30 to 60 days, learn the entire call center agent process and be able to run it completely alone.
- Be able to take a large number of appointments via chat and phone and make no booking mistakes.

- Several years of customer service experience.
- Have experience working in a G.C.C.
- Good command of English
